SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Our small group personal training services are a Paradigm Shift in fitness industry. It’s basically private training, but sharing a coach. Contrary to the group fitness category, our coaching is individualized to each member, and there is no such thing as a “Workout of the day”.

The main service at Paradigm Fitness, small group personal training was created to fill a void in the fitness industry. Many people need the services of a coach to succeed with their goals, but the costs of 1-on-1 private training is too expensive to do often enough, for a long enough period of time. At Paradigm Fitness you can share the coach, and also share the costs. Small group personal training is offered 8 hours per day, with a maximum of 4 clients per hour. The flexible scheduling allows the members to book around their schedule, ensuring they can train often enough to achieve their goals.

1-ON-1 PRIVATE TRAINING

Having your own private trainer work with you through an entire session is the best way to maximize your results on every level. Imagine having someone who knows your body’s strengths and weaknesses better than you do. Someone who can point out imbalances, or areas that need a bit more attention and/or care. This is what our coaches can offer you.

Training with a personal trainer is in and of itself a learning experience. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength training, general fitness or a combination of the above, our coaches will work with you to reach your goals while giving you their full, undivided attention. 1-on-1 training is available during all of our hours of operations.

INDEPENDENT TRAINING PROGRAMS

No matter your level of experience, everyone can benefit from a coach. Even coaches have coaches. For the client who is autonomous in their training regimen we have our independent training programs. We work with clients near and far creating intelligent and challenging exercise programs based on the goals and workout environment of each individual client. If you have been going to the gym repeatedly and doing the same thing over and over for too long, it is time for a change. To continue to challenge your body you need to update your routine in order to see progress.

At Paradigm Fitness the programs are written on our custom applications and it is easily accessible on your cell phone or tablet. Track your training on our app and consult a video library of exercises for demonstrations on proper form and technique. If you’d prefer to have the exercises personally shown to you, we offer a session wherein we go over the program with you!
